Participation and usage conditions.

This page presents the conditions applicable to the use of initiation vouchers and participation in activities organised by AREL-Rôles.

When participation is paid, payment is made on site, in cash or by QR code.

Participation in activities

Unless otherwise stated, activities take place here.

Details of the service

  • Participation in role-playing activities organised by AREL-Rôles.
  • The necessary materials for the activity are provided, unless otherwise stated.
  • The activities are supervised by a game master or a person designated by the association.

Participation conditions

  • Pre-registration is mandatory when requested for the relevant activity.
  • Participation is subject to available places.
  • Each participant agrees to respect other participants, the game masters, the association's representatives, and the venues provided.
  • Violent, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, or deliberately disruptive behaviour is not accepted.
  • The materials and premises provided must be respected.
  • Any deliberate damage may be charged to its author.
  • The game master is responsible for the course of the game and their decisions regarding the rules of play apply during the session.
  • Participation in an activity implies acceptance of these conditions.

Vouchers for an introduction

Details of the service

  • The necessary equipment is provided.
  • Participation in an introductory session for the game mentioned on the voucher.
  • Duration: 4 hours.

Terms of use

  • Advance booking is mandatory. The voucher number must be provided when booking.
  • One person per voucher.
  • A voucher is valid for one use only during an introductory session. 
  • Participation subject to availability.
  • The voucher is not exchangeable for cash.
  • The voucher cannot be combined with other offers.
